Exit Kinosaki Onsen Station, there is a hot spring bus (can go to various hotels) that can be registered for free. Check-out for the return trip ends at 10 o'clock, and you can drive to the station. The location is very good, next to two outer hot springs. There are also two inner and outer ponds. There is local beer brewed by its own factory. Dinner is a set meal. The dishes are not served at once. When the crab was served, the waiter found foreign objects on the spot when introducing it. The waiter apologized and reported to the person in charge, and immediately replaced it with a plate. Generally, when encountering such a situation, in places with good service, the person in charge should bring a new one and apologize in person when serving it again. After eating the crab, the waiter opened the duck pot first. According to the menu order, sashimi should be served first, followed by tempura. The soup of the duck pot is salty, so I had to let the rice be served first. After eating the duck pot, sashimi was ordered again, and then it was served. Generally speaking, either all the dishes are served at once, or if they are served one by one, the waiter should be watching, instead of asking the guests to remind the waiter what has not been served. The crab is fresh, but the crab meat is not full in May. The glass in the bathroom is installed in the middle of the wall, which is nice but not practical because you can hardly see your face when you sit down. You need to pay the hot spring tax and usage fee of 430 yen per person when you check out.

Very, very satisfied, the waiter's attitude is first-class, the room is spotless, the dinner has more than 20 dishes per person, the taste is good, too much to finish, the breakfast is a little worse, but it's still ok, it's worth recommending to everyone.

I went to this accommodation before and it was so good that I brought my friends to visit this time. The view from the accommodation was very nice and the staff were friendly. I plan to visit again next time!! My friends were satisfied too!!

The service is enthusiastic and the environment is good, but the food and beverage is barely okay in the evening, but not in the morning.
